I booked this tour in error. But what an awesome error it was. From the time we arrived until we left it was one amazing thig after another. Pippin was the best Guide. She displayed incredible knowledge. She was really funny and made so sure that everyone was having a good time. 10/10. Will definitely recommend

Well worth a visit. Our Guide, Katie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The Ruahura Caves would be my recommendation to anyone wanting the complete package. Glowworms as well as Stalagmites, Stalegtights and more. Take good footwear and plenty of room in your camera. It's even wheelchair accessible

We were fortunate at the time of going through as there were no tourist from overseas due to Covid nor was it school holidays, so we were able to enjoy to tour with our guide who was brilliant, she was able to give us the time to explain everything

We had a fantastic time educational fun and awe inspiring limestone formations. Guide Pippin was informative and finished with a amazing hobbit Pippin's song back up the spiral to demonstrate the acoustics - beautiful- thank you.

Well worth the money and Becky was a great tour guide. Learned a lot. Coming back next spring to do the black water tour and am excited!
