As we arrive in Shkodra, known for its rich history and cultural heritage, we delve into the city's past with a visit to the iconic Rozafa Castle. Perched atop a hill, the castle offers panoramic views of Lake Skadar and the surrounding landscape, providing a glimpse into Albania's ancient roots. Strolling through the charming streets of Shkodra, we explore landmarks such as the Great Mosque, the Catholic Cathedral, and the vibrant pedestrian street, immersing ourselves in the city's eclectic architecture and bustling atmosphere and at the end we visit closer Shkodra lake.

We leave from Tirana to Kruja at 08:30 and the drive lasts for about 45 minutes. The visit to Kruja begins with a visit to the Kruja Fortress which also houses a museum dedicated to the national hero of the nation George Castrioti - Scanderbeg where you will learn about the Albanian resistance against the Ottoman Empire, end of XIV century beginning of XV century in. After the castle the tour continues to the medieval bazaar near the castle where the visit to Kruja is concluded and we leave for Shkodra. The city of Shkodra is about 75 km North of Kruja and is considered the capital of northern Albania. Shkodra was for 80 years the capital of ancient Illyria (3rd century BC). First stop is at the Castle of Shkodra (Rozafa) where you will learn about the history of the city and admire a spectacular 360o panorama overlooking the Rivers of Drin, Kir and Buna and the Lake of Shkodra. After the castle we will visit the historical part of the city, the Grand Cathedral and the recently renovated pedestrian area of the city where Venetian architecture intertwines with the Austrian one. “Marubi”, the National Museum of Photography, which preserves a selection of photographs taken in the second half of the 19th century until the end of the 1900s, is located in the pedestrian area.

We start the day by meeting at the city center from 08:00-10:00 ( like you decide it) o’clock. After a short presentation of the main square and the buildings surrounding it, we start riding through main "Pedonale" Street which has become one of the country's most valued tourist attractions. The pedestrian walkway connects the city center with the Historical Museum. Afteward we will pedal towards the city's castle and learn about the legend of this castle.After the castle, we will pedal towards the tourist village of Shiroka, we will get to know the history and fishing tradition of this village. We will also visit the small beach of the lake called white stones when we will have a break to eat a snack. Then will pedal along the lake and return to the city center

Free time for lunch, with the possibility to enjoy the panoramic lake view. Also visit the awe-inspiring Catholic Cathedral, dedicated to St. Stephen and hailed as one of the Balkans' largest. Back to Tirana at your hotel.

Leave Tirana on day one and head toward the North of Albania to stop at the Castle of Rozafa. Learn about the castle's role in Albanian history, dating from the Antiquity and the Illiryan-Roman wars, and see the castle, built over the top of a hill. Discover the fascinating legends of the Albanian Epos and how it relates to the castle's history. Depart from the Castle and head down to the city of Shkoder. Marvel at the city famous for its typical architecture, sense of humor, and friendly atmosphere, it is one of the most important city centers of Albania. Take in the religious diversity of the city where one can find a Catholic Church, Orthodox Church, and Muslim Mosque next to each other. Walk through Shkoder and take in some of the most interesting parts of the city, including the most famous “Pedonale”, a pedestrian-friendly area with bars and restaurants. Travel out of Shkoder in the afternoon to head North toward Theth to stay overnight. Drive on the winding road to Theth and upon reaching the destination, be welcomed by a local family in their guesthouse. Hike to the beautiful Gurnas waterfall after breakfast at the guesthouse. Enjoy a leisurely 45-min walk from the center of the village to the waterfall. Visit also the Catholic Church of Theth on the trip out of Theth and see the Lock-in Tower. With more than 4 centuries of history, this building is the symbol of settling the Blood Feuds in Albania.

Day 2: Theth - Blue Eye - Nderlysaj - Theth On the second day of our meticulously planned itinerary, we will commence our exploration of the picturesque locales in Theth. Our first destination is the village of Nderlysaj, where a refreshing interlude awaits at the Natural Baths. Day 3: Theth - Grrunas Waterfall - Theth Concluding our immersive Theth tour, the last day commences with a post-breakfast expedition to Grrunasi Waterfall, involving a moderate hike lasting approximately 25-30 minutes each way. This scenic journey leads to the captivating waterfall, providing a serene natural encounter. Subsequent to the waterfall exploration, our itinerary includes a concise visit to "Kulla Ngujimit."
