The museum, one of Spain's most significant recent projects, houses an impressive collection of 650 pieces, including paintings, sculptures, tapestries, furniture, and decorative arts. Admire works by renowned artists such as Velázquez, Caravaggio, Goya, Titian, Bosch, Luisa Roldán, and El Greco. Discover the construction process of monuments like the Monastery of El Escorial and the Palace of La Granja through videos, models, and didactic resources. Begin your visit on the top floor and continue downwards, following ramps with different videos along the way that provide helpful context. Explore the temporary exhibition room and a large immersive cube where you can see 360º projections of the architectural and natural spaces of the Royal Sites. Your journey ends at the spacious temporary exhibition gallery, which hosts a variety of shows. After exploring the museum, unwind at the museum's café or browse the shop, before venturing further into the heart of Madrid.

There are about 650 pieces on display out of an inventory of more than 70,000; are you going to miss it?We will all meet next to the information office of the royal palace with a blue umbrella.red umbrella. Then we will walk to the entrance which is about 3 minutes away.Did you know that the Gallery has been closed for a long time due to the size of the palace inventory?size of the palace inventory? And also did you know that it had its origin at the end of the reign ofElizabeth II? In this gallery there are 3 floors divided into the dynasties of the Trastámara and Habsburg,Bourbons, and temporary exhibitions where you can see the most unimaginable objects. Forfor example, you can see the mysterious carriage from the court of Charles II, gigantic columns from the old convent ofMontserrat convent or the luxurious crown of the Virgin of Atocha, among many others.Right now, you can visit some collection cars until June 2024. Amongthe most curious is an SUV given by Hitler to Franco in 1940. It ends on floor -3 in the area of temporary exhibitions where you can leave through the Cuesta de la Vega.Cuesta de la Vega or return by the elevator to floor 0.There is also a store where you can buy souvenirs and the fantastic guide of the gallery.

In the Royal Palace, currently used for state ceremonies and solemn acts, your guide will show you the main rooms. It has more than 2,500 rooms, it has Stradivarius musical instruments that are more than 300 years old, and precious embroidered tapestries at the Santa Bárbara tapestry factory in Madrid, among other wonders. We will visit the great main staircase that takes us from the entrance to the King's apartments, where in one of them the international meetings of the monarch Felipe VI with the foreign leaders who visit our country are held. The Throne Room will be our last stop where we can admire the wonderful fresco by Giovanni Battista Tiepolo. Then they will head to the new Royal Collections Gallery, the most important museum project in Spain in decades. Enjoy a journey through culture in an exceptional building, through a selection of more than 650 works of enormous relevance, including paintings, sculptures, armor, tapestries, decorative arts or floats signed by masters of the stature of El Greco, Caravaggio, Velázquez, Tiepolo or Goya.
