Unclear instructions but good journey

The journey was efficient and smooth with information about venice provided on the ship. However, we booked what we thought was a 7.10 boat. Other people at the dock had tickets saying 7.45. It was very unclear if we were all in the right place or not. After lots of running around and stress it turned out that we were all on the same boat but our tickets all said different times. It was needless stress for a bit more clarity during the booking process and signage at the dock. Also when booking there was no facility to provide information about additional passengers so they all had the same details and no passport details (required for port authority). The company Atlas were efficient and emailed immediately to get the missing details and check we definitely wanted one way and hadnt booked it by mistake.

It was a nice trip with good information and well adapted if you want a full day guide or want to discover for yourself. I am very pleased with information from the booking company and from the organizer! Everything felt safe and it's good when you book everything in advance online!

The tour was well organized, the Adriatic Jet is a beautiful catamaran that can cross the Adriatic in just under 2 hours. In my view, the agitation behind the tour guides is a bit too much after arriving in Venice. The guides make every effort to provide all participants with the right information, which somehow results in a staccato from many languages, which also creates stress. As with such tours, there is another paid program that builds on one another to book. Overall Venice was worth seeing, but too crowded and definitely too expensive in the main square San Marco. The tour is nice, but stressful and you have to be careful of pickpockets, so don't put your wallet in your back pocket and don't take any really important things with you, because then you can't steal them.
