From Rovaniemi: Winter Wonderland Hike with a Hot Drink

Magical place, it feels like entering Narnia! We chose the approximately 4km circular route. It was a bit tiring at the beginning, as I'm not trained, especially on snow. However, thanks to our travel companions and the guide Mattheus, we managed to enjoy the walk and make several stops. During the journey the guide told us a little about the history of the Riisitunturi Park and some curiosities, then he also took some nice photos. Halfway through the route we stopped at a refuge, where the more adventurous also stay to sleep and Mattheus offered us biscuits and Lappish tea: all delicious! It was an unforgettable experience, made unique also by the people we were with, who were really nice and pleasant. Thanks to the guys at Wonderlapland for making this experience so enjoyable!
