The whole trip was well organised and a great deal of fun. Vasilia and Mica were our guides and they were excellent. The morning was spent at Santa’s Village where we also had lunch, but the afternoon was the best fun ever, we were on snowmobiles and visited a Reindeer farm, we got to feed the reindeer and we also had a chance to ride on a sleigh and then had a hot beverage before returning home. Totally recommend!

Come and discover the secrets of Santa Claus and his trusted helpers! Meet Father Christmas himself, visit Santa’s official Post Office, do some shopping and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Afterwards, you will head for the snowmobiles and drive to a local reindeer farm. Meet the reindeer, let them take you on a momentous sleigh ride and hear stories about reindeer herding. After a splendid day we return back to the city by snowmobiles.

We get to cross the Arctic Circle on this tour!

  • The main meeting place is Safartica Office (Koskikatu 9), 25 MIN. BEFORE THE ACTIVITY STARTS. If you require a different pick-up location, please specify it when booking. The correct meeting time is confirmed by email from Safartica. Missed meeting time and point will result in missed safari which will not be refunded.
  • Driving speed will depend on weather conditions and driving skills of the participants.
  • 2 persons share one snowmobile. A single driving supplement of 55€/person can be purchased by contacting the service provider.
  • Drivers must be 18 or older and hold a valid driving license.
  •  Not suitable for infants 0-3 years old. Children 4-14 years old are seated in a sledge behind the guide’s snowmobile.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women and people with fragile musculoskeletal system.
  • The driver is liable for damages up to 990€/accident. An insurance of 20€ lowers the liability to 150€ and can be purchased on the spot
  • Please advise us of any special diets

Great (packed) day of Santa village, lunch, snowmobiling, reindeer farm, and back. It’s a long day and very cold. Wish we wore second pair of socks and heated gloves but the day was organized and comfortable going in and out of warm areas so you’re not outside for 8 hours. This tour will get you to the front of the line to meet Santa. The snowmobiling was fun and reindeer farm nice. I wish the group size was a little smaller because there would be less waiting but it’s their busy season so understandable! Brought our 5 and 8yr old who surprisingly didn’t complain too much. They started to lose steam the last hour. At Santa Village-there is an ice hill that the kids can slide down which was a big hit.
