The city office in the Rovaniemi Center is located downstairs in the Shopping Center Rinteenkulma (Koskikatu 25). You can also find entrance to the city office just across the road from Hertz and Scandic Rovaniemi City. Meeting time at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari House in Santa Claus Village - Joulumaantie 5, 30-minutes before the scheduled activity starting time. Meeting time at Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office, Shopping Center Rinteenkulma - Koskikatu 25, 40-minutes before the scheduled activity starting time.

The meeting point at the Rovaniemi city office was centrally located and very easy to walk to from our VRBO. Staff were extremely friendly, especially our guide Aaron, who drove us to and from the reindeer farm. We enjoyed a short sleigh ride pulled by reindeer in the forest before getting to pet and feed the reindeer. I appreciated that the farm we visited was small and family owned. Our reindeer herder then took us to a fire-warmed Kota and told us about the history of reindeer herding and its importance to the Sami people while we enjoyed hot juice and gingerbread. Overall it was a lovely experience and we appreciate everyone’s hospitality and professionalism!

This was an amazing experience! The sleigh ride was really fun and the reindeer were kind and beautiful! The feeding was great, we even got some more food later. The team of guides did an amazing job to make this a lovely experience. They had fun facts and took nice pictures!

We had a great time feeding the reindeers and riding the sleigh. It’s clear to see the workers care about the well-being of the reindeers which is important. Our tour guide Ricardo was really friendly and transportation was easy. Would highly recommend this activity it definitely feels magical!
