Full description

As you travel, the untouched snow, the pine tree forests, and the animal tracks all around will tell you the story of the winter of the North. On this adventure, cover a good distance before you’ll find your way to a beautiful location in the middle of the wilderness.

Your guide will prepare the snack lunch and brew coffee by the open fire. The combination of snack by the open fire, good company and silence all around, is what life in Lapland is all about.

Know before you go

  • The driver of the snowmobile must be at least 18 years of age and in possession of a valid driver’s license in EU/Finland.
  • Snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability is max. 980 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident.
  • By purchasing a 25 € self-liability insurance before the start of the safari, you reduce the amount of self-liability down to max. 150 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. Self-liability insurance is personal and valid in one snowmobile safari.
  • Please note that if you miss the pick-up, refunds are not available.
  • Special diet options (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) are available upon request

As soon as I sat on my snowmobile, I knew I had made a mistake. I should have chosen the 2 hour ride, not the full day excursion. The road was bumpy, the hat was heavy... Half an hour later, I realised I was having one of the best experiences of my life! It was amazing! Incredible! Exhilarating! Our guide, Meiki, was absolutely wonderful and made the day complete. I can't thank her enough. Don't share a snowmobile. Rent one just for yourself. You won't be sorry! PS. I'm not a youngster.
