Rovaniemi: Lappish Cooking Master Class

We thought we would do an original activity by opting for a cooking class to learn how to make Finnish salmon soup but clearly it was a scam (125€/person). The cooking activity lasted a maximum of 30 minutes although it was announced that it would last 2h30 (of course there is transport of around 20min from Rovaniemi but we were picked up 20min before the start time of the activity) . The recipe was extremely simple and we only had to peel and cut the ingredients (3 vegetables and salmon). The host took care of everything else (she had pre-prepared the broth, cooked part of the salmon), she didn't delegate, we just watched. We do not fault the simple nature of the recipe which is what it is. For the price, the minimum would have been to make the entire recipe, combine with another recipe, have information on Finnish cuisine...
