- Meet your guide at one of the activity provider's offices (Koskikatu 25 or Joulumaantie 5) at the time communicated to you a day before the tour. The office in the Rovaniemi Center is located downstairs in the Shopping Center Rinteenkulma (Koskikatu 25). Alternatively, you can make your way to the Santa Claus Village between the restaurant Santamus and Glass Resort (Joulumaantie 5). You will recognise your guide by their Snowmobile park clothing If you have selected a different pickup location, please be ready and waiting by the entrance or lobby of your selected location 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. You will recognize your guide by their Snowmobile park clothing. The activity provider will confirm your pickup time the day before the tour. If you have not received a pickup time, please contact the activity provider. Note that the pickups start 1 hour before the tour starting time.

Know before you go
- A valid driver's license (class B) is required
- There is a minimum of 2 people per booking (2 adults share 1 snowmobile)
- 2 adults share 1 snowmobile. If the number of people in the group is an odd number, someone in the group will have to share a snowmobile with another member of the activity. Single driving is available as supplement for adults
- Children 0-14 years old are seated in a sled behind the guide’s snowmobile (we recommend one of the parents to sit with a small child in the sled for the child’s safety)
- If a child over 140 centimeters wishes to sit in a snowmobile as a passenger, a full adult price will be charged (according to availability)
- Missing the meeting time and point will result in a missed safari which will not be refunded
