It’s a must do when coming to Rovaniemi, new concept activity, we were lucky to be able to see northenlights from afar . Guide was really kind. Too many people almost 20 in the ice lake together; photos are terrible (needs to be an experienced photographer available), its very cold so keep in mind warm cloths underneath are needed since you cant wear your coat and some suits leaked in water and need more maintenance.

We had a great trip. Our tour guides were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we did not see the northern lights but apparently they were spotted two nights previously. It was still a very cool experience regardless. We lasted about 45 minutes before our feet were a tad chilly but otherwise the suits did a great job at keeping out the cold

Nice excursion, particular. Floating in the middle of the ice with your eyes up to the sky. Overalls in neoprene, sometimes defective and to be changed, but nothing irreparable, you notice immediately and without freezing. Excellent tea and biscuits that they offer at the end of the excursion in front of a bonfire.
