Our guide Tanguy was very kind and he really loves the city of Rouen. For 2 hours he drove us around all the most famous sites and told us all about them, also answered questions and found out when the museum or basilica was open for an individual visit. Our guide wrote to us in advance and met us right at the station after the train. He also recommended a wonderful restaurant and helped us book a place, also told us where the best pastry shop and shops are. The tour was informative and interesting, there were 2 of us and I recommend this tour and the guide Tangue

Very friendly service from the tourist office. Understandable and easy to use as well as detailed information about Rouen and its history. Many thanks to the excellent service from T. from the tourist office. Merci et a bientôt Silke&Christoph

A very good immersive museum. With lots of interaction, videos and very beautiful decor. A must-see to learn more about Normandy when you pass through Rouen.

We loved Ludovic's good humor and his passion for his city as much as the secrets he revealed to us. We had a great time, no negative points.

Great experience. Very informative also to do with children.
