The route through elBulli1846 exhibition comprises four main spaces: An outdoor space devoted to reflection on cooking and innovation, Bullinianos, and the Sapiens methodology and its applications. The space that was formerly occupied by the restaurant showcases the key milestones in the history of elBulli. A space dedicated to interdisciplinary relationships. And finally, a space dedicated to elBulliDNA, where you can find out about all the projects carried out by the foundation. An outdoor space, where: We share our thoughts on cooking and innovation. We pay tribute to the Bullinianos who have made and continue to make the story of this dream a reality.
