After pick-up from your hotel, head to the port to board a speedboat with a small group; this boat will take you to the area of the archipelago. On the route, have an excellent view of Tierra Bomba, a beautiful island right outside of the city. Cartagena shrinks as you spot islands of all shapes and sizes surrounded by crystal clear water. The beauty of the Rosario islands of Colombia will amaze you. Arrive at an eco-hotel on Isla del Sol, a private island with beach and crystal clear waters, swimming pool, hammock kiosk, bar, and a small restaurant. Cruising around the beautiful Rosario Islands in the Caribbean is one of the best experiences to have when visiting Cartagena. The first stop is usually at a good swimming or snorkeling spot either at a beach or a reef. Then we cruise through some of the islands for a bit until we decide which location to decide for lunch. The guides or boat staff will provide lunch recommendations and information. After lunch there is the option to go to the party island of Cholon for the afternoon. The other options are to go to Playa Blanca (many people), Playa Tranquila (some people) or Playa Solita (no people). The boat will drop you back off in Cartagena by 4:30 P.M. We can drop you off at whichever dock will be the easiest for you to get transportation.
