We were booked on the 4pm bus. The 3pm bus was 1 hour late and came at about 4pm. Our 4pm bus came at about 4.10pm. There was lots of traffic so it took longer than estimated but we left with plenty of time to catch our flight so it was fine. My advice would be to book a bus time that gives you plenty of time to get to the airport in case of delays. The bus was airconditioned and comfortable.

The bus was late, otherwise everything was OK. People do not seem to know what a queue is, I had to tell them not to skip the queue whilst waiting, the young lady who checked us in, ignored the problem or, at least, was not capable of telling people to wait in a line. I went with my Mother, so, in the next step, I do not know which box to tick.

Excellent service. By sheer coincidence, the shuttle dropped us 10mins from our hotel on same street. Guides were brilliant, particularly considering the chaotic scene outside the airport. The only very slight downside was that the guide did not offer or attempt to help loading our suitcase under the bus on the return journey. A minor point but in direct contrast to the guides at the airport, they went out of their way to load everyone’s cases. Shuttles were spotless
