We loved the tour and Maya was an excellent guide! She made space for my mom who walks with a cane and time for her to take elevators when available without feeling like we were imposing on the group. She was very knowledgeable as a Roman native and told extra stories with experience and humor. She made us feel welcome and like she truly enjoyed being with us. Top that off with the experience of the underground tour - a perfect afternoon! Our money was well spent on an enjoyable and memorable experience with history.
The mices of the guides was very different from guide to guide. Mby have a mic on face istead of shirt because when the guide turns the volume can become low and hard to hear the guide. The tour route was very good, and the guides aswell. I would recommend it
Underground tour was fantastic. Definitely worth it to go to the lower levels. Tour guide did an excellent job telling us all about the buildings on Palatine hill.
Our guide was fabulous! Unfortunately, our underground tickets weren't issued but we still had a fantastic tour.
Excellent tour by Maha, great history and fascinating stories.
