Our Driver Mirko was excellent. He contacted me before I even got to Rome to ask what we wanted. He showed up at the agreed time and was very flexible. I had my 4 year old and 2 year old with me and he was very accommodating, patient and helpful! We saw all the sites at our own pace and stopped for lunch and gelato. He recommended a great restaurant for lunch. We had a great time! I highly recommend this private tour! Well worth the money.
We booked an airport transfer via Romewise/Get your Guide. All communication was excellent and prompt. Even up to the day before we left. The Driver was waiting as promised and after a short walk through the terminal we got into a lovely car. The driver was pleasant and professional. Dropped us at our BnB and helped with our luggage. Price for 4 was a little more than a taxi ride and took out the stress of the transfer. Would recommend.
All great service 100% recommended. Nice service very helpful,.nice and professional driver.Our plane was on time but airport bus for passengers to terminal was 15 min late. Driver called ,texted me and waited. I will always use this company.The only thing is that service confirmation needs to be delivered by email on booking day.
Great service into Rome at a great price. Drop off was close to but not at Rome Termini Station. This was not an issue for us, but it could be a problem for other travelers. The bus was clear and left on time. Definitely a good easy way to get into Rome after a cruise.
Glad we used the private car to get from our hotel to the airport in Rome. The driver was friendly and showed us several sites around the city on the way that we had not seen.
