A fantastic way to see these key sights. Our guide (I can't remember his name but he said it was fine if we called him Mitch!) was superb. Right from the meet up point he was giving us context and insight and the whole tour was filled with a wealth of insight and stories. We started at the Forum (which was empty) and then ended at the Colosseum so that we could spend as much time as we wanted there - this was a great way round to do it. Quite a few people in the group had questions and he answered them expertly and enthusiastically. Highly recommended as a way to see these amazing sights in plenty of detail and leave motivated to find out even more!
We loved Dennas! He was smart and funny and very engaging. We are a family of four and the way he interacted with my 8-year old son was wonderful! Dennas kept him engaged and interested. Our 3 hours flew by. I've been to both the Colosseum and the Forum before without a tour guide, and I really feel the experience with a guide like Dennas really enhances the experience. My only suggestion would be to get audio that has a longer range, so that we can be more than a few feet away from the guide without losing connection.
we've visited the site together with our 12 years old son and we were absolutely impressed by the amount of details and interested information we've got from the guides. Our son was captivated by the interesting stories told by our guides. They were very knowledgeable and well prepared to deliver not only historical accurate information but stories about the ancient world, their habits and living style. We really enjoyed out tour.
All the important areas of the Vatican were covered in great detail without going on too long. The Vatican may be the single most impressive site on the entire planet, and we were able to see it in great and splendid detail. Our guide was top of the line and was able to develop a great relationship with everyone in the group. Plus, no queues for obvious reasons, so that made it a pretty unique experience.
Loved Pasquale and the tour! Pasquale was a great guide! I've visited both places 20 years ago without a tour, and it's so much more meaningful to have a knowledgeable and interesting guide. Pasquale was amazing interacting with my 8 year old son and keeping him engaged. Highly recommend!!
