I absolutely loved the tour and truly appreciated all the attention given to my last-minute changes. You were perfect at making everything fit! Just a heads-up: the visit is 100% guided and you need to stay with the group. The site is a bit far, so it requires some planning. Taking a bus there is super easy, but getting a taxi back can be tricky.

The area is very peaceful and not over crowded. The underground chambers are cool @15 degrees which makes a change from other types of tours. The history is very interesting.

Discover one of the largest underground burial sites in Rome with an entry ticket to the Catacombs of St. Callixtus. Explore the complex on a guided tour and learn about the martyrs, popes, and Christians buried here.
Meet your guide and set out to explore the oldest official cemetery of Rome's Christian community. Hear where the complex gets its name and learn about its expansive size.
Visit the Crypt of the Popes, where 9 popes and 3 bishops were laid to rest. Then, head to the adjoining room to see the Crypt of St. Cecilia, a Roman matron remembered for ensuring that many martyrs received a proper burial.
Marvel at some of the oldest frescoes to decorate the walls in Rome's catacombs and visit Area I, where the cubicles of the sacraments are located.

PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE TICKET OFFICE OF THE CATACOMB AND SHOW YOUR VOUCHER AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TOUR. To get to the meeting point from Termini Station, take Metro A (direction Anagnina) to San Giovanni then bus 218 (direction Ardeatina) to the stop Fosse Ardeatine. You will find the entrance to the Catacombs in front of you. Alternatively, you can take Metro B (direction Laurentina) to Colosseo or Circo Massimo (bus stop: Terme Caracalla/Porta Capena), then bus 118 (direction Appia/Villa Dei Quintili) to the stop Catacombe di San Callisto.

Awesome tour and very informative!! We loved it but were bummer to learn there were no skeletons on this tour. Still worth the money!
