Our actual guide was a great guy! Very informative and nice. But in the meeting location, there were many scammers trying to sell drapery for the women to cover their shoulders. They were very pushy and kept saying "ask your guide, they will tell you you need these" almost as if the tour group was in on it. When we asked our guide coordinator just to be sure, they told us yes, we needed to purchase those... when we got to the vatican literally no one was covered up and no one said a word. I find it very upsetting and unsettling that the tour guide misled us into thinking we needed to purchase silly shawls, when my gut knew it was a scam.

Roberta was an amazing guide! She is very knowledgeable about the art and history of the Vatican and has a great sense of humour. Roberta was able to keep our large group together throughout our tour which was during a very busy day at the Vatican. The main points of the Vatican were covered and suggestions were provided for how to further explore the Vatican after the tour ended. I highly recommend this tour.

The tour guide was excellent, she was funny and incredibly knowledgeable, probably our best tour guide during our trip to Rome. But the tour was too short, I wish it were a little longer- 2 hours is not enough time to explain the most important parts of the museum.
