Perfect system, we waited 2 minutes, which was amazing. Just one point: maybe tell the people that it includes the audio tour on the phone, so we can bring our airpods. Otherwise you could maybe provide earphones on the spot, as we would have preferred not to have the phone on our ears the whole time.

My entry time was around 8:30am to 9am, and there was no line (regular line). However, around 11am, there was already a long queue. So Book this if you’re not a morning person and would like to visit the Basilica late in the morning or in the afternoon. Super easy to use.

We were able to find service easily and reached St.Peter basilica eventually with decent level of comfort. But, advertisement forgot to mention that access is organised in periodic manner, they gather the group and then leading this group to the basilica. So we waited about 20-25 minutes for this occasion. During this time more than half of the common queue reached basilica :). Anyway, at least we were sitting while waiting. It would be very helpful if company will tell access times in advance, so people will align with it. Also, guide was moving to basilica way to fast, despite there were senior people in the group.
