it was really great value for money. We bought the Diamond option for 4. Portion sizes were big. Got sat down at our table straight away. The staff were really lovely. The place where Hardrock Café is situated is very beautiful location. Getting the taxi to and from was really easy too. We really enjoyed our evening experience here at Hardrock Café. Highly recommend this on your visit to Rome, Italy.

Excellent service. Does what it says on the tin. I was seated within 5mins of arrival at 18:30. Given priority over other guests that arrived before me. Choice of two starters Salad or Onion rings which I choose were very big and crunchy. The waiter was superb we took my 5 year old who’s very fussy eater he recommended some dishes that she ate provided more attention to detail like providing crayons and paper to keep her engaged food was lovely all in all good experience

Skip the line my ass! I was out walking all over Rome and was eager to show up and be seated right away for the Diamond meal, only to be presented with a 30 minute wait! The food was to be expected, pretty standard Hard Rock fare, I saw one review lamenting about items being taken off the appetizers and I'm happy to report there are only 2 items left; a DIY salad and a few onion rings. I got the burger which was good and the "cake" just seemed like a brownie with caramel on it and a dollop of whip cream. Would've been superd value for the money if not for that frustrating wait.
