Finding the office was pretty easy with the address on the activity voucher. Our guide gave instructions but didn't explain she would be handing us off to a Vatican Employee once inside. I thought we were regrouping once the bus tour was done, but it doesn't seem that was the case, so I was little confused by her instructions. However, the tour was INCREDIBLE. The gardens were amazing and I would have loved to spend time wandering them. The Vatican Museums are a behemoth all of their own and was a labryinth of art. It's hard to describe in words, how massive the collection is. We could have spent a single day in the museums and quite possibly not seen everything. Sistine Chapel at the end was the cherry on top. It was a wonderful afternoon. Absolutely worth it.

We found our experience in where to collect our tickets very easy and the staff inside the Vatican entrance very helpful and friendly. The bus tour was just what we needed after two days on our feet around Rome. The tour was very informative. The only negative was that as we were the last couple to board the bus I was unable to sit next to my wife so I was at the front and she was at the back. It was a shame that we could not enjoy this experience together. The Vatican museums were amazing and well worth the visit. If in Rome this is an absolute must see experience. We would have given 5 stars but after leaving the Cistine Chapel, we and another couple had bought postcards as there was a post office. After writing our cards he then put a “closed” sign up at his kiosk. We asked him when he would reopen but he ignored us so we typed this on Google translate but he was incredibly rude. He was the only member of staff that let this experience down sadly.
