Finding the office was pretty easy with the address on the activity voucher. Our guide gave instructions but didn't explain she would be handing us off to a Vatican Employee once inside. I thought we were regrouping once the bus tour was done, but it doesn't seem that was the case, so I was little confused by her instructions. However, the tour was INCREDIBLE. The gardens were amazing and I would have loved to spend time wandering them. The Vatican Museums are a behemoth all of their own and was a labryinth of art. It's hard to describe in words, how massive the collection is. We could have spent a single day in the museums and quite possibly not seen everything. Sistine Chapel at the end was the cherry on top. It was a wonderful afternoon. Absolutely worth it.

On the bus tour of the Vatican Gardens, you should definitely sit on the side behind the driver. Then you can see better at most stops. The headphones are plugged into the bus. Language and volume can be controlled yourself. The museums are very interesting and it's practically skip-the-line to get in.

Overall, the experience was what I expected. Unfortunately, we got the seats at the end of the bus, so we didn’t have great views due to the railing on the bus. Additionally, I found the audio guide to be poor audio quality. I had troubles understanding. The skip the line to get into the museum was well worth the cost!
