During the class, you’re going to make three of Italy’s most famous spritzes: Aperol, Campari and Limoncello. Whilst our mixologist host teaches you how to make these staple Italian drinks you will also get hands-on with cooking your own fresh Italian Pasta. Then, you’ll learn one of Italy’s most famous sauces - carbonara or cacio e pepe, it’s up to you! Simply smother your pasta in it and enjoy! Then it’s time to eat.
