This was the best start to our holiday in Rome. Had done this activity with my partner and was enjoyable the hosts Marcella and Juliana were super helpful and made the experience even better. I think it was great value for money, cocktails were fun to do although not to everyone’s taste. Pasta tasted great and the recipe to keep is a great touch to! The only thing I would say that no one had met us in a yellow T-shirt as directed on the information when booked and was tucked hidden away round the corner a bit but a great hidden little gem! Thanks again, would recommend.

We had such a great time during the class! I highly recommend this authentic experience! The drinks were awesome and very refreshing! I’m looking forward to making fresh pasta at home now. Although they make the carbonara and pepe sauce separately while we were drinking the second drink, she let me come into the kitchen and watch how it was done. So definitely don’t be shy! Everyone is so nice!

Had a super fun and educational evening, with a small group, an enthusiastic cook and a friendly host. We started by making an Italian cocktail. After this we made the pasta dough and we formed the pasta, we received a lot of explanation about the background of pasta and some Italian cultural anecdotes. While the pasta was resting, we started the second cocktail and after that we could watch and listen to how the sauce was made for us. Here are also some tips for home. We ate two different pasta sauces with our homemade pasta. In the end we finished three different Italian drinks. We had a very nice and pleasant evening!
