This was a very fun experience. Our cooking guide Asia and the chef were AMAZING. We definitely recommend for families.
It was perfection. The guide Lili gave us a great tour of the ghetto before the main event. Dai, the cooking class was so fun. We made pasta with an old crank machine. We were able to go into the kitchen with the chef and learned the secret of cacio e pepe. we had wine, our pasta, typical artichokes and zucchini blossoms (which we had made earlier). THEN we had a flightof desserts. Just a wonderful thing to do in Florence.
