Excellent adventure all around! My 14 year old son states this was the best part of the trip by far!! My 75 YO mother was a bit apprehensive but ended enjoying the ride through Rome. The riders had such confident control of the Vespa I never felt unsafe. The personal narrative as we passed specific sites was a plus. Each of us rode tandem to a rider and all were very attentive to our comfort. Definitely worth doing while in Rome. So much fun and a truly unique way to see the city from a different vantage point. Oh! I forgot the photos are amazing!!! These will certainly be part of my Xmas card photos this year.

Come to the meeting point (Via del colosseo 31) and then put on your helmet. Get on a classic Vespa scooter and follow your guide through the winding alleys and bustling squares of Rome. Check out the Colosseum and then the Circus Maximus, an ancient chariot racing arena. After that, go to Giardino degli Aranci. Take some photos of this beautiful park and garden. Listen to interesting stories about the city's history from your guide. Explore the Trastevere neighborhood of Rome, known for bars and artisan shops. Next, check out Fontana dell'Acqua Paola, a monumental fountain that was built in. Continue to Colle del Gianicolo, and take in a panoramic view of the city from the top of this hill. Finally, finish the tour at Via Quattro Novembre. Get off your schooter and give back your helmet. Make your own way back to the hotel. You only join the tour as a passenger. You are provided with an experienced driver and an experienced tour guide.
