Full description
Greet your chef at the established restaurant in the heart of Rome. Put on your chef hat and your apron, and prepare yourself for an amazing cooking experience. Start by making your own pasta from flour and eggs. Rely on the chef to show you which kind of pasta you can prepare with this recipe, and choose your favorite one to cut. Once the pasta is ready, move on to learn how to prepare Tiramisù, using all the provided ingredients and finding out which tools are needed. Once the lesson has finished, just choose your topping sauce, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo, or more. Have a break and relax with a good glass of wine as you let the restaurant prepare your dish using your very own pasta.

The workshop is an excellent way to learn about italian cuisine in the traditional way. Our chef, Alessandro, was really patient and helpful with everyone. The pasta and tiramisu we made under his guidance were really tasty and he gave the recipes and steps, so we can cook them at home.

Joacchino was a great chef, and even better teacher. He was patient with all different skills of our group, and involved us all. We had a great group, and it was nice to sit down to dinner (that we'd made ourselves) afterwards and share our experiences. I'd recommend doing this class.

We were a party of 4 that joined 7 others on 10/30/19 to learn how to make pasta from scratch and tiramisu as well. The restaurant was right in the heart of Rome and the class was conducted in the back. Joe was very engaging and informative and we all came away with extra skills which we will be trying at home in NJ. After the class we all sat down family style to eat our individual pasta with their homemade sauce and fresh tiramisu. Extremely pleasant experience and would recommend it.
