Full description
Greet your chef at the established restaurant in the heart of Rome. Put on your chef hat and your apron, and prepare yourself for an amazing cooking experience. Start by making your own pasta from flour and eggs. Rely on the chef to show you which kind of pasta you can prepare with this recipe, and choose your favorite one to cut. Once the pasta is ready, move on to learn how to prepare Tiramisù, using all the provided ingredients and finding out which tools are needed. Once the lesson has finished, just choose your topping sauce, carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe, alfredo, or more. Have a break and relax with a good glass of wine as you let the restaurant prepare your dish using your very own pasta.

We took this class as a family of four (two kids ages 8 and 11) and really enjoyed it. The instructor was very kind and helpful, and we thought that it was so much fun to make our own pasta and tiramisu from scratch! It was a nice touch that she took photos during the class which she sent the next day along with the recipes. One minor negative is that we waited 30 minutes past the start time for the class to begin, but everything past that went smoothly and we thought the food was delicious!

I took the workshop with my 16 year old daughter and it was really fun and educating. We were only the two of us so it was basically a private lesson which was great. The instructor was clear and very friendly and also took many pictures and videos. We were surprised that we do not prepare also the pasta sauce but it turned out to be for the best. Each one choose his favorite sauce and the resturant cooked and prepared the pasta for us. We got a nice table in the restaurant with complimentry drinks and wine and good service. We just returned home begining of this week and already prepared fresh pasta few times for friends and family which was great.

We had a great evening! It was also very good value for money. Perhaps one could have paid even more attention to the corona rules and made more space available so that several people do not have to serve the same flour. That's the only point of criticism, the overall experience was great.
