The teacher, Susan, was amazing. She did a great job. We learned a lot about some great Italian food and had fun doing it. Unfortunately after the class we were supposed to set with the class and eat what we had made. There was 4 of us without a seat. We were told several times to set down but not given the chair to do so. We we told them we could just take it to go bc there was no room the waitress was very rude and rolling her eyes as she said no no no. We were told that they were fully booked for tonight. What that had to do with our class idk that had to do with our cooking class bc we had booked it over two months ago. Susan was able to talk them into letting the four of us set outside while the rest were inside. A waiter had given me a spoon with chocolate still on it, and not a little. He saw it right away and replaced it but not the ones that cam wrapped with it. Susan was great. The restaurant Oste Cavour was a big let down. Kind of put a damper on the night with the rudeness

Fantastic class! We had so much fun learning how to cook these classic dishes. Our chef was patient, funny and knowledgeable. The choices of sauces and wine were excellent as well. The whole experience was wonderful and the homemade food was a delicious and unforgettable experience. Our group was so lovely as well, shout out to everyone.

The chef was really professional and encouraging , he explained clearly all the needed details and had a sense of humor with limits. We had great time learning and got tips on how to best practice at home. This class was successful and will highly recommend to others with chef Hassan!
