Had a wonderful time learning how to make tiramisu, homemade fettuccini noodles, cacio de pepe and carbanaro sauces with Marco! The system and kitchen were well organized and instructions accessible to everyone. Was a nice touch to have a variety of drinks to go along with the meal too. Highly recommend this class!

This was a great class! We loved learning how to make fettuccine by hand (without the use of a pasta machine). We also learned how to make two different kinds of pasta sauces and tiramisu. The food was delicious and the instructor shared the recipes after the class. We will definitely make these at home!

We did the pasta and tiramisu course with Marco during our stay in Rome. the organization worked great. The course itself was good and fun. all in all it went about three hours. Since he was in English, we didn't understand everything because Marco also spoke quite quickly. but we knew that beforehand. The only real criticism from us is that they were not prepared for the fact that we had a child (10 years) with us. the adults were offered champagne, our child nothing. with the tiramisu we had to point out that our son would like to make his tiramisu without coffee. after we asked our son got something to drink too and they were very friendly. Our son also liked it despite the lack of language skills.
