We had a really good time travelling Roma! And saw some lovely sights only negatives would be in Vatican City you’re dropped quite far from the Vatican so if you have health conditions you wouldn’t be able to walk it but apart from that very happy and staff were lovely!

Overall good value. Website needs to either be updated or clarified. It stated the bus was only running Friday to Sunday, which while not true, did cause some concern and a good amount of follow up. BTW, the chat line worked quite well with quick responses regarding this issue. It also seems like the on-bus commentary needs to be GPS updated to the sites and more commentary would have been welcomed.

The City Sightseeing bus route goes to all the highlight spots of Rome and help us see the city in a short time. The staffs are very helpful. My only confusion was where to begin the bus ride to get my bus tickets. Thanks to the Big Bus staff that took us on a bus to Colosseum first then we return on a City Sightseeing and find out we can claim the ticket on the bus. If we can get the bus route map ahead of time, that will limit the confusion to look for the meeting point to get the tickets
