-Ricotta with white truffle infused honey
-Caciotta cheese with pure black truffle pâté
- Prosciutto di Parma aged 24 months

It was a true taste of Italy, visiting little known gems of food & drink, and sampling a broad range of delights….. also, being educated about the food & drink in a very enjoyable & informative way…..Eduardo, the guide, was engaging, humorous and very knowledgable…. the food & drink was delightful and pace of the tour just right. Meeting total strangers over food & drink is a great way to break the ice… Roberto, the host at Paciotta Salumeria, was an absolute diamond…. the pride he had in his family run business shone through and the food backed this up, never have I tasted such a broad range of excellent meats and matching cheese…… simply delicious….never done a food tour but after this will try and include one on future holidays….👍
