My partner and I both agree that this tour was one of the highlights in Rome. We enjoyed a lovely evening sampling different foods and wine at various shops and restaurants. Our guide, Francesca, was enthusiastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Both the quality and quantity of the food and drink made this tour well worth the price. I would highly recommend it to anyone with an evening to spare in Rome.

We were booked on a later tour due to prior commitments but Henry from the Roman Food Tour group messaged to ask if we could make the earlier tour as we were the only 2 people on the later tour, and we are so glad we did. We met the group at the first restaurant as we didn't have time to get to the meeting point due to our previous plans. Francesca is as passionate about food as are most Italians and we had a very enjoyable and relaxing evening in great company. We visited 5 different venues with short walks in between and sampled several dishes in each... From cheeses to pasta to pizza to gelato, and enjoyed every stop. Francesca was a great host and kept the wine flowing while we thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening.

We explicitly recommend this food tour! I‘m afraid we never would’ve found the places on our own. The food was delicious, the company was great and our tourguide francesca, born and raised in rome, was a perfect guide. Although we were a bit suspicious when booking our first getyourguide-tour, we were not only surprised but truly satisfied!
