This cooking class was wonderful. It’s more personal with lots information. Starting with the basics, ingredients, the tools and techniques. I thought I knew how to use a rolling pin, but I really learned in this class. I am so glad I attended. There was even a history lesson on the tools used and the pasta machine. I learned how to make pasta without the pasta machine, cutting up my own noodles. And, then using the machine to make a variety of noodles. Afterwards, tasting the pasta that I made was the best. And the sauces were delicious. It’s amazing what I can make now with a few ingredients. I also, enjoyed to view from the top floor as I ate the pasta I made on the balcony. I recommend this cooking class to anyone who wants to make authentic Italian pasta.

The best experience. We were blessed to have this experience even with all the COVID restrictions. The history and walking tour of the Tessori Market, learning how to make pasta and of course eating/drinking/conversations was fantastic.
