It was an awesome experience to start our trip to Rome, Emanuelle was a great host.
We had THE best time with Chef Emanuele tofay. The atmosphere was great.. it was a small friendly group of 12, with people from different countries. Every step was beautifully explained with a lot of humor, it was very easy to follow. I have a garlic allergy and even this was no problem at all. Emanuele offered me to alter the ingredients for my tortellini & ravioli slightly, even cooked a seperate sauce, so I didn't miss out on anything. the quick Tiramisu was something new to us. Everything tasted amazing.
