Collection point for tickets was clear and staff helpful. Some of the directional signs in the Colosseum itself were a bit vague but there were plenty staff around to help and answer questions. Also facilities available and lifts for less able visitors/buggies etc. The Colosseum is immense and amazing and there are plenty information boards around. It would be good if there was a 3D visual of video of how it might have looked. The Roman Forum area is also huge with so many ruins to see. A few more information boards around this would have been very useful as so much to see and not always clear what we were looking at. The audio app with the tour was helpful and interesting but we didn't know to download it till we collected tickets however again staff were very helpful. We spent around 3-3.5 hours all together and could have spent more.

Our guide knew so much about Rome and the Colosseum. I am really glad we had a guide and didn’t go just ourselves or we would have missed so much history.
