Interesting guided tour to discover an unusual treasure of Rome. We enjoyed the stories of artists like Velazquez, Caravaggio and Bernini etc. I think the best way to know a place is to take a guided tour. Our guide Vincenzo did not disappoint us, very good :) It’s really interesting to visit a noble palace with a good guide of Rome, cus in this way we can communicate and discover more things. The stories of artist Velazquez ,Caravaggio and Bernini ,also Tiziano really touched us and made us go back to their time and help us understand better their great art. We admire the way Vincenzo sharing with us the story and culture, very vivid and enjoyable. Nice tour! :)

Visit the Doria-Pamphilj Gallery located in the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj. Discover a vast private collection of artwork distributed across 4 wings with a private, local guide. See the various works listed in chronological order from floor to ceiling. Of particular significance are Titian’s "Salome with the Head of John the Baptist" and two early works of Caravaggio: "Rest on Flight to Egypt" and "Penitent Magdalen." See other works by Raphael, Tintoretto, Bernini, and various Flemish masters while learning about the history of the gallery and its artwork from your guide.
