Marco was our guide and chef. At first he took us to the local market to collect our ingredients and then he brought us to his kitchen to cook. He was lovely , very funny and friendly!! His explantions were good , clear and his pasta was amazing !! Amazing cooking class with Marco. He is clearly a highly skilled chef and so kind, generous, and entertaining to learn from. I highly recommend this class, you’ll make an amazing amount and variety of food, generous portions of wine, and all around a fun time. It’s great to make so many things other than spaghetti carbonara. The market tour was also a great perk, amazing value for money.

Me and my partner throughly enjoyed the class, Marco made the class for us, he was so passionate and to lovely to speak too! The pasta we made was so tasty and the sauces Marco made were delicious. Worth every penny! Not to mention the glasses of wine :)
