Marco was wonderful! It was interesting to see the market and we learned some Roman history along the way. Once we got back, Marco was very helpful with teaching us how to make the pasta, all while being funny and putting everyone at ease. The class says it lasts 6hrs, but it was more like 4 for us, which was a perfect amount of time. We were relaxed and the food was delicious! I’m pregnant and Marco was wonderful about making sure I had plenty to drink that was safe for baby. I highly recommend this class!

If you want to do a cooking class in Rome you MUST do this class! Marco is the very best of Rome! The experience of going to the loc market, selecting your ingredients then returning to the school where you will learn how to make and prepare at least 5 different types of pasta while you sip wine, get to know Marco, Italian culture and your other classmates. Please allow time in your itinerary to take this class, it really is a wonderful glimpse into Roman food culture.

Join us for a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn the art of making traditional Italian pasta from scratch, all taught by our very own Italian chef. But if you want more, how about taking a good look around a local market to learn about the products used in our recipes? Join a stroll to the Nomentano Market, where you'll discover the freshest ingredients straight from local shops.

Back to our kitchen known as “Kitchen of Mamma” you will discover the secrets to a perfect dough, how to cook delicious fillings and authentic sauces. Savor every moment with a glass of wine while you listen to fascinating Italian stories. To top off the complete Italian experience, enjoy some coffee and limoncello.
