When we got to the meeting point… 10 mins early… no one was there after 40!minute wait, someone came and told us it was moved forward to an earlier time…and should have had an email… no email was sent to me… the company apologised and said they could rebook the following day.. which we couldn’t do, as it was our last day, they then offered an upgrade for a tour later that day… we we look… the guiding in this was excellent.

Location was a bit tricky to find.we used the metro, came out then had to ask someone who directed us back in the stipe and up the stairs. It was hot and busy…we were told to stand at a wall in blazing sun(34 degrees).By chance I stood in the shade and our guide spotted the label on my top. Our guide was Sarah gilded, who was very informative and funny! She kept us all together (not easy as it was so busy). She made tour fun.

Sarah was a great guide. Compassionate and appreciated her willingness to move the group into the shade when possible. Funny and very knowledgeable. She came off as a former history teacher with a wealth of information. The tour was informative and interesting. We came on a hot day so definitely pack water. There are a few fountains with cold drinking water to refill your canisters. Would recommend.
