I was in a lot of pain during my visit, because of an accident outside on the way to the Colosseo. But the staff at the colosseo were so kind, friendly and helpful even though I was in a lot of pain I had a wonderful experience!!! I got medical help and a wheelchair... One employee helped me towards the end and "turned my wheelchair into a Ferrari". It was a lot of fun. BIG thank you to the online team and the location staff!!! PS the colosseo was amazing and wheelchair friendly
Enjoyed the Vatican although unable to see the Sistine chapel due to the conclave was disappointed I was not offered a partial refund due to not getting the service I paid for
