Fun, informative tour. Perfect especially for 6-12 year olds.

We found our guide easily (standing outside the lower exit of the metro station holding a sign with our names). It was just us and one other family. It didn't take too long to get inside the Colosseum although there is a lot of security to go through and you can't bring things like glass bottles of water. Our guide gave a brief description of the history of the colosseum focusing on entertaining the kids she had a book with pictures showing us how it would have looked when first built. We then wandered around the main area of the colosseum and took pictures. We then went on to the Forum which was also interesting. Again the guide was great at describing the main features and history (illustrated with pictures) without losing the interest of the kids. She was very flexible in terms of answering questions and finding things of particular interest to the kids. She left us inside the forum to wander around on our own (there is a great view from the top of palatine hill).

    Fantastisch

Martina was great, especially with our kids (11 and 9 years old). They really loved it while Martina explained and revealed all the "secrets" from the Colosseum. My kids could picture everything and saw the Colosseum come to life. I would recommend everybody whose kids are interested in Roman History to take this tour. Worth every penny...

Sara is as a brilliant guide who clearly loved her job !!

This tour was well worth the money . Sara was our guide who answered many questions by this two family group. The children did re-enactments and there was a quiz and treasure hunt at the end with a nice little prize for the children of both families. It was evident that Sara loved her job and explained history to us at an understandable level. In fact the tour overran , but the time flew because we all were interested in the history . For the record ; my youngsters are 17,16 and 9 years of age
