Good. The tickets were completely sold out so we were glad we booked with get-your-guide. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We were late but they waited for us and they also were helpful in helping us set up the audio guide which was well produced and enhanced our experience in the museum. We did not really know what to expect when we arrived but we’re delighted when we realized we would be seeing works of Bernini and Caravaggio. It was an amazing time of high culture and wonder. We could not have asked for a better experience. We are grateful to have made these plans. It was an excellent way to conclude our time in Rome.
We didn’t have a guide, but the contact was helpful in directing us to where we needed to go, in order to start our self tour. We were able to wander throughout the museum on our own time and it was wonderful to see all of the pieces!
