A separate cell phone was required for the audio guide for the Colosseum, which I had not known before. I had no internet, I asked for help, nobody was interested. I didn't get any help. The employees were arrogant and uninterested. Then I bought a new audio guide in the Colosseum. Never again!

Good time, however the directions for getting the tickets at the Colloseum were very vague & inaccurate & we were late to the meeting point because we couldn’t find the kiosk or anyone who worked for the Big Bus Tour

3 guided tours included in the ticket and not consumed because not understood the operation and poorly explained expected more than an hour at stop n ° 7 ??? (the language problem can explain our dissatisfaction) otherwise very pleasant and very relaxing circuit between two visits
