Meet your guide and the rest of the group outside the Vatican Museums at 8:30 AM ready to start your 3-hour exploration of the Vatican state. With special early entrance tickets, you will enter the Vatican Museums and visit the highlights of the galleries an hour before the doors are opened to the general public. You will benefit from your guide's expert knowledge of the famous works of art housed inside, including the spectacular Raphael Rooms. From here, you will enter the world-renowned Sistine Chapel. Finally, your guide and group will pass through a reserved skip-the-line passageway from the Sistine Chapel to St. Peter's Basilica, where you will learn all about the world's most famous Cathedral. In the afternoon you will visit the Colosseum, at 1:00 PM (winter period) or 3:15 PM (summer period) - if you choose to join a 2.5 to 3-hour small group tour of Ancient Rome. Armed with skip-the-line tickets, your guide will accompany you to the awe-inspiring Colosseum. Here, you will learn all about its gruesome and grizzly past, including the bloody gladiatorial combats that took place inside. When I contacted the travel agency, I found that the meeting time and place were different from the booked site, so it was good to contact. For the Colosseum tour, the time to enter the Colosseum was fixed, and although I went to the Roman Forum earlier, I didn't go to Palatine Hill ... The dissolution was good in the Colosseum. After that, I had to go to the Vatican meeting place on my own, so I couldn't relax at the Colosseum. The Vatican was the first guide to tour after the lockdown, was unfamiliar with the explanation, and was told that it should have been 3 hours but 2 hours. It's good because it's disbanded in the Vatican Museum so you can see it freely afterwards. Overall, you don't have to line up in both places, and they will give you basic information, so I'm glad I went on a tour.
