It was an absolute cheek and rip off. For the tickets to be issued, we had to wait a total of 2 hours at the tourist office for the tickets to be issued (excluding the waiting time until it was our turn) because the lady had to call the availability of the attractions. Of these, 4 of the 5 desired attractions were not available, so we had to switch to an alternative. From one attraction (Colosseum) we were only given the receipt and not the required barcode, so we stood in front of the entrance for free. (And that even though we asked whether the ticket was sufficient. We were then told that we would get the ticket on site, which was not the case. The booked opera was canceled 2 hours before the start. We received an email then informed that we should take tomorrow's .. Conclusion: Never again and a tip for you: Best to book directly at the tourist office or directly on site. Save a lot of trouble :)
