Our tour unfortunately was cancelled since a tree fell near the property. The guide and owner, Giuseppe, met us at the train station to personally apologize. He and his wife got us an exclusive reservation at a restaurant that had a line around the block to try and make it right. They went above and beyond for us and would highly recommend! Giuseppe offered to reschedule but it just didn’t fit in our schedule. Would book again with them 1000%!!!

Experience the most authentic way to enjoy food in Rome by making your own pizza and pasta with this cooking class. Go through all the steps, from preparing the dough to cooking in a wood-fired oven while enjoying unlimited wine. End your class with a tiramisù and Limoncello tasting. Meet your guide and be transferred to the Wood Houses village where you will learn the art of Neapolitan-style pizza making and Italian Pasta. Sip on unlimited white and red wine as you learn from a local chef about Italian cooking. Next, make a Pizza Margherita or Capricciosa, and enjoy two different pasta dishes. Learn to make many different pasta shapes as you sip on Italian wine. For dessert, enjoy an authentic Italian tiramisù with Limoncello. Finally, at the end of your experience, be brought back to the original meeting point with transportation included.

Overall a very good experience, learned a lot on pizza, pastas and the ustensile one uses to prepare the dishes mentioned. Great group of people as well and the environment used for the class quite unique and nice. The dough for the pizza was already prepared, however it was shown to us how to prepare one, while the ones for the different type of pastas we did it each of us. It was great and unique experience. Points for improvement would be: - quality of transportation, which doesn’t make you feel safe and the missing window in the middle gives a very chilly wind in October inside the car. - tiramisu tasting is a small excerpt put in a pill plastic can, which was disappointing. I would recommend the course and be prepared for the points above.
