The actual class was great but it was not clear that this activity was a long way out of Rome city centre. We only found this out the day before. The other slight disappointment was we didn’t get to see or make the sauces being made. Plus we didn’t use the pasta rolling machine. It was already done for us.

The activity overall was good. We really enjoyed the pasta making class as the experience was very much hands on and we received helpful tips on how to make pasta at home. The pizza itself was very tasty. The pizza making process was more dull, as the tips for making pizza at home were very limited as well as showing the process of “forming” the pizza. Another thing that could be improved in the future is giving people more time to eat and talk, as everything was a bit hurried.

Enjoyed the experience very much. The instructor gave very clear and understandable directions throughout the hands-on lessons. Learned new techniques to apply at home when making both pizza and pasta. I would recommend this experience to anyone interested. My only criticism is the guide at the meeting place did not have a sign as indicated in the class description so we weren't sure if we were at the correct location. The food we prepared was excellent as were the limoncello and tiramisù tastings.
