I first want to mention that the people who work the desk are extremely accommodating. What I mean by that is there was a marathon surrounding our hotel which we found out last minute. Making a long story short we didn’t make our tour appointment at 10:15AM. We were late by 20 minutes and the tour couldn’t wait for us. The people who worked the counter were very understanding of our situation and booked us for an 11AM Colosseum tour then a 12:30PM Roman Forum tour. They did not charge us extra. I would highly book through this company. Professional and respectful staff!

Damiano was our last tour guide, as visiting the Colosseum and the Roman Forum was the last stop on our itenerary. We joined a tour group of about 20, but Damiano’s storytelling and sense of humor made it a fun and educational experience for everyone there. He had many interesting stories about the historical site, and made it easy to imagine what it would be like to experience life in the Colosseum during the time of the Romans. Would recommend him to family and friends! Regrettably, the same cannot be said for the people working at the front desk. They were very rude throughout our entire interaction, with the attitude that they are doing you a favor by accommodating you in the tour. 5 stars for the tour guide, but none for the front desk.
